How do I modify or cancel my order?

1. Important information

  • An order can only be cancelled as long as it has not yet been handed over to the carrier.
  • After shipping, we can no longer cancel the order or modify its contents.
  • Two separate orders cannot automatically be combined into a single shipment.

2. What we can modify before shipping

  • Delivery address
  • Complete cancellation of the order
  • Changes to products or quantities, if the current preparation and packaging status still allows it

3. What should I do now?

  • Send your request as soon as possible, as orders are processed continuously.
  • If the package has already been shipped, the existing order can no longer be modified.
  • If necessary, you can place a new order with the desired products.

4. Information needed for your request

  • Order number
  • Request type: cancellation, change of address, product, or quantity
  • Reason for cancellation, if necessary
