EU Declaration – Order Process and Important Information

Here is how the procedure works:

1. Place the order
Complete your order normally in our online store.

2. Check your email inbox
Immediately after purchase, you will automatically receive the required buyer's declaration by email. Also remember to check your spam folder if the message does not appear in your inbox.

3. Complete and return the declaration
Fill out the form completely and sign it by hand. Then send us a readable photo or scan of the completed declaration by email.

4. Verification and shipping
Upon receipt, we will verify the information provided as well as the submitted declaration. After validation, your order will be authorized for shipment.

Important information:
Without a fully completed and signed declaration, the goods cannot be shipped. Orders that do not meet the required conditions will have to be cancelled.
