Directions: Take 2 times a day, max. 0.75 ml (15 drops), with a little water, at least 15 minutes before a meal. Shake the bottle before measuring the portion.

It is recommended to start supplementation with liposomal preparations at minimal doses, i.e. 0.1 ml - 0.25 ml (2-5 drops), gradually reaching the doses and the maximum indicated on the label. The period for increasing doses and reaching the maximum dose should be chosen individually, preferably after consulting a phytotherapist. Factors such as gender, age, body weight, general health, sensitivity to the ingredients of the preparation should be taken into account.
The preparation can also be consumed after a meal, especially the first dose in the morning.
