Sodium ascorbate 1kg BIOMUS

Sodium ascorbate is an organic chemical compound, the salt of ascorbic acid and sodium. It is obtained by fermentation and oxidation of glucose. Sodium ascorbate has excellent antioxidant properties and is a chemical reagent. 1 g of pure sodium ascorbate contains approximately 889 mg of vitamin C and approximately 111 mg of sodium. It exists as a white crystalline or granular powder. Sodium ascorbate is commonly found in vegetables and fruits in the natural environment.
