Triphala is an Ayurvedic blend of three fruits:

• Amla (Emblica Officinalis)
• Bibhitaki (Terminalia Bellirica)
• Haritaki (Terminalia Chebula)

Ingredients: Triphala 100% pure, certified organic (Emblica Officinalis, Terminalia Bellirica, Terminalia Chebula).

Usage: to supplement the diet with the active ingredients of the preparation.

Dosage
Recommended daily portion: 1-3 g, to be taken during or after a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily portion.
