INGREDIENTS :

Ceylon cinnamon ( Cinnamomum verum ) extract 10:1. Capsule composition: vegetable cellulose (vegetarian).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule per day, swallow the capsule and drink plenty of water after a meal.
