Krokus Plum Jam 320g

Krokus plum jam gets its naturally sour sweetness from its high fructose concentration. Hungarian plums are used in the production process, giving the jam a very distinctive color. The fruit puree is made through dense sieves, which preserves the smooth texture and full nutritional value of the fruit rind. A small amount of gluten-free glucose syrup prevents saccharification.
