DESCRIPTION
Organic Vital Fiber is a combination of psyllium seeds and plantain husks in a 4:1 ratio. It helps maintain the proper functioning of the digestive tract. Vital Fiber is best consumed as a drink, topped with water, milk, or fruit juice. It can also be added to yogurt, bread, or soup, and as a thickener for sauces.

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
No more than 5 teaspoons per day (approximately 15 g - or 1.5 scoops in the set), which corresponds to 12 g of fiber. It is recommended to drink plenty of fluids while consuming the product. Special care should be taken when administering to children. Do not exceed the recommended daily servings. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
