DESCRIPTION
Organic buckwheat flakes are made from ground buckwheat grains. They have almost the same properties as buckwheat. They can be eaten alone or with other flakes. We recommend them as an addition to meat dishes, soups, as well as muesli and desserts. Buckwheat flakes can also be used to make buckwheat bread.

HOW TO PREPARE
Boil the flakes in a ratio of 1:2 (1 part flakes to 2 parts water or milk) to taste for 5 minutes on the stove, stirring occasionally.
