Royal jelly (min. 14% 10-HDA) (freeze-dried concentrate equivalent to 1000 mg of royal jelly), Capsule shell: bovine gelatin, water, glycerin; organic extra virgin olive oil; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times a day.
