DESCRIPTION
Organic barley groats obtained from hulled barley grains. Perfect for adding to soups, for example in the famous Polish “krupnik”, or as an ingredient in main dishes, served with vegetables and fresh herbs.

PREPARATION METHOD
: First rinse the groats, then cook them in salted water at a ratio of 1:3 (1 part groats to 3 parts water) for about 20 minutes.
