DESCRIPTION
Organic spelt groats made from hulled spelt grains. It has a mild flavor, is extremely nutritious, and provides a long-lasting feeling of satiety. We recommend it as a base for a hot breakfast, lunch, or dinner, whether sweet or savory, and for thickening soups and stews.

PREPARATION
Boil the groats, previously briefly soaked in salted water, in a ratio of 1:2 (1 part groats to 2 parts water) over low heat for about 25 minutes.
