DESCRIPTION
Organic barley groats made from hulled barley grains. Perfect as an addition to soups, for example in the famous Polish barley soup, and as an ingredient in main courses in combination with cooked vegetables and fresh herbs.

HOW TO PREPARE
Pre-rinsed groats should be boiled in salted water in a ratio of 1: 3 (1 part to 3 parts of water) over low heat for about 20 minutes.
