DESCRIPTION
Organic White beans are a well-known and easily used legume. They are an excellent source of plant-based fiber and protein. Recommended for soups, stews (perfect with vegetables), pâtés, and pasta.

PREPARATION
Before soaking for at least 12 hours and washing the beans, cook them in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 minutes until tender. Do not add salt until the beans are fully cooked.
