DESCRIPTION
Organic mung beans are one of the most valuable bean species. Extremely nutritious, they are delicious with vegetables and oatmeal, as well as an addition to soups or salads.

HOW TO PREPARE
Beans that have been previously soaked and rinsed for a few hours should be boiled in fresh, unsalted water for about 45 minutes. Do not salt the beans until the end of cooking.
