Wild pansy - 1.2 g, Nettle - 1.08 g, Apple peel - 1.08 g, Rosehip fruit - 0.84 g, Dandelion - 0.54 g, Lavender flower - 0.54 g, Hibiscus flower - 0.45 g, Black mallow flower - 0.24 g, Patchouli extract - 0.03 g.

Application:
This herbal tea is a composition of carefully selected herbs, enriched with perilla extract, particularly recommended for people suffering from hay fever and respiratory problems. Perilla promotes the production of cytokines and specific antibodies, and helps to calm and facilitate breathing. Violet soothes the throat, relieves tickling and helps combat hoarseness. It contributes to good and easy breathing. Nettle facilitates expectoration and rose relieves cold symptoms and supports the body's natural immunity. Lavender helps reduce tension and irritability, facilitates falling asleep and provides us with healthy sleep.

Usage instructions:
Steep 1 tea bag in boiling water (200 ml) under a lid for 5 to 10 minutes. It is recommended to steep 3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product.
