Application:
Tired and irritated eyes? Long hours spent in front of a computer screen or polluted, dry air are a real nightmare for them. It is difficult to change jobs or cities, but it is easy to prepare a soothing infusion of eyebright. Washing the eyelids or even fifteen minutes of relaxation with compresses relaxes the eyes, reduces redness, and nourishes the skin.

Instructions for use:
Infuse 1 teaspoon of eyebright herb in boiling water (200 ml), cover and let stand for 5 minutes, let cool and strain. Use fresh eyebright infusions and sterile gauze to prepare compresses or to wash the eyelids and eye contour.

Store in a dry place.
