COLD-PRESSED UNREFINED ORGANIC LINSEED OIL HIGH LINEARUM 250 ml - OMEGALEN

The oil is made from the highest quality flax seeds from certified organic farming. Flaxseed oil is a source of alpha-linolenic acid and linoleic acid, which are classified as essential fatty acids (EFAs). Alpha-linolenic acid and linoleic acid contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. For flaxseed oil to have beneficial effects on health, it should be part of a balanced diet. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 2 g of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and 10 g of linoleic acid (LA).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Flaxseed oil should only be used cold in an amount of about 1 to 2 tablespoons per day. It should not be fried or heated. You can use it alone or as an addition to salads, lettuce, bread, and cottage cheese.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a tightly closed container at 4-10 degrees C. Protect from light.
