RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE TO BE TAKEN IN ONE DAY:
1 to 2 capsules twice a day on an empty stomach before meals or after consulting your doctor. The maximum daily dose is 6 capsules taken in two doses. Swallow with water or another liquid.
