The yerba mate leaves are specially processed to resemble Japanese Matcha tea powder. They are ground into powder using stone mills. Preparation:
Pour 250 ml of warm water at a temperature of about 70-80°C over half a small flat teaspoon of 2.5 g. Then stir until the powder dissolves and foam appears.

Pour a portion - half a teaspoon - into a preheated bowl, then pour water at a temperature of 50 to 75 degrees Celsius and finally whisk using a bamboo whisk called CHASEN.

Yerba Mate Ceremonial Latte Recipe
An excellent energizing latte with the addition of plant-based milk.

1 teaspoon of Yerba Mate Ceremonial
0.5 cup 125 ml of plant-based milk, for example rice or almond milk
1-2 teaspoons of agave or maple syrup, or possibly honey.
Flavor addition in this case, for example a pinch of vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, and chili.

To prepare our Latte, you will need a large glass and a milk frother.

Dissolve 1 teaspoon of powder in a little cold water using the milk frother.
Sweeten the plant-based milk, add the spices.
Heat everything.
Froth with the milk frother.
Pour the foamy milk over the dissolved matcha.

Vegan Shake
90 g of coconut milk powder + 10 g of Mate Green Ceremonial
Shake to mix.
Put 1 tablespoon of powder in a cup and mix with 100 ml of water, plant-based milk, or coffee of your choice to dissolve. Add 200 ml of liquid of your choice. You can use a shaker or an electric mixer.
