ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
1 capsule contains: quercetin 400 mg, bromelain (enzyme extracted from pineapple fruit) (2400 GDU/g) 82.5 mg.
2 capsules contain: quercetin 800 mg, bromelain (enzyme extracted from pineapple fruit) (2400 GDU/g) 165 mg.

USAGE
1 to 2 capsules per day, 20 minutes before or during a meal (for people with sensitive stomachs), with a glass of water.
