Omega 3 fish oil containing: 1000 mg 2000 mg

Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180 mg 360 mg

Decosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 120 mg 240 mg

Directions: 2 to 4 capsules per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
