USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

The recommended daily dose is 8 ml, about 1 tablespoon. For optimal absorption in the body, it is recommended to take the oil with a meal (or immediately after). At the recommended dosage, one bottle lasts for 25 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless advised by your doctor.

STORAGE METHOD:

Unopened products should not be exposed to direct sunlight and should be stored in a cool, dry place. Please note that crystals may form at temperatures below 4 degrees Celsius. They dissolve after a few minutes at room temperature. It is recommended to shake the bottle briefly before consumption. The product should be kept out of reach of young children. The opened bottle should be used within 45 days and stored in the refrigerator.
