DESCRIPTION :

Kelp is a natural extract of seaweed with a high content of minerals and trace elements. These vital substances are particularly important when dieting and during increased physical and mental exertion.
Kelp contains a lot of iodine, which is essential for the proper functioning of the thyroid gland. Since iodine is found in relatively high amounts only in fish, most people do not get enough of this element.
