DESCRIPTION
Organic white quinoa, also known as quinoa, is a successful substitute for traditional groats or pasta. It is perfect as an ingredient in soups and as a complement to vegetables, sauces, pastries, and desserts.

PREPARATION
recommends pouring the quinoa grain with hot water through a fine sieve, then cooking in a 1:2 ratio (1 part quinoa to 2 parts water) for about 25 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking.
