Pasteurized NFC cauliflower juice (pressed, not from concentrate) is produced by fermenting (pickling) the white head of the plant. Cauliflower itself is considered a valuable vegetable due to the ratio of its low calorie content to the amount of nutrients and vitamins it contains. Cauliflower is rich in vitamins A and C. It contains folic acid and is also a source of minerals such as phosphorus and potassium. Cauliflower is also naturally rich in isothiocyanates, which include a sulfur derivative - sulforaphane. Cauliflower juice has properties that support cleansing the body of toxins. The ingredients it contains support the work of the liver, whose task is to stabilize and neutralize harmful substances. Fermented cauliflower juice can effectively stimulate the digestive system and intestinal peristalsis to work efficiently.
