The formula contains the plant ingredients valerian, hops, and passionflower as well as the amino acid GABA, a neurotransmitter naturally produced in the brain.

DESCRIPTION:

NOW® Sleep is a combination of ingredients formulated to help soothe your mind and relax your body so you can naturally drift into restorative sleep. GABA is a neurotransmitter normally produced in the brain, where its function is to relieve nervous tension.

INGREDIENTS:

Standardized valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis) including valerenic acid, hop cone extract (Humulus lupulus), capsule ingredient: Coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), passionflower extract (Passiflora incarnata), antioxidant (fatty acid esters and ascorbic acid), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Take 1 to 2 capsules per day before bedtime with a glass of water, as needed.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

This product is not suitable for children, pregnant women, and breastfeeding mothers. Valerian may cause drowsiness. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the preparation's ingredients, when driving, operating machinery, or consuming alcohol. People taking sedative or antidepressant medications, suffering from depression, hypertension, or epilepsy should consult a doctor before using the preparation.

Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
