Organic rye bran is a product obtained during the milling of rye into rye groats. The bran mainly consists of the outermost, most valuable layer of the grain, namely the seed coat. Rich in fiber, it is delicious with dairy products. We also recommend it to enhance soups, salads, and sauces. We recommend briefly heat-treating the bran before consumption.
