DESCRIPTION
Organic spelt bran is produced by grinding spelt into grains. Bran consists primarily of the most valuable outer layer of the grain. Bran is an excellent source of fiber. It is delicious with dairy products. It can be added to muesli, cereals, soups, salads, and sauces. We also recommend using bran in homemade baking and flour dishes. We recommend subjecting the bran to a short heat treatment before consumption.
