10 sprays provide 37 mg of optimal bioavailable elemental magnesium.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

5 to 10 sprays. Spray on the body and rub well into the skin. Ideally after bathing or before bedtime. For best results, use on clean skin. Reapply if necessary. Apply all over the body, avoiding damaged skin and sensitive areas such as the eyes. If your child's sleep is disturbed, apply 2 to 3 sprays of Magnesium Sleep Kids body spray to the problem areas (often calves or feet) and massage to absorb.

You may feel a slight tingling during the first application. This may indicate a low magnesium level and is the result of rapid magnesium absorption through the pores.
