INGREDIENTS 100% Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder. DESCRIPTION Organic Matcha is powdered green tea. The tea preparation process is a true ceremony, an experience for the senses. Thanks to its taste, Matcha is also used as an addition to pastries, ice cream, and cocktails. PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS Pour 250 ml of hot, but not boiling, water (approx. 70-80 °C) over 1 small flat teaspoon of tea (approx. 2.5 g), stir quickly until the powder dissolves and foam appears. To prepare matcha the traditional way, use a bamboo spoon to pour a portion of tea into a preheated bowl, pour hot, but not boiling, water over it, and then beat it with a special bamboo whisk. This last step gives the drink a smooth, silky consistency. RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS Store in a cool, dry place.
