Organic thyme 500 g - HORECA GIFTS OF NATURE

ORGANIC THYME 500 g - HORECA (GIFTS OF NATURE)

Thyme has a valuable health property - it acts as an expectorant, facilitating the expectoration of thick secretions in the throat, thus helping to eliminate unpleasant cold symptoms. Thyme helps fight the microbes that cause colds. In addition, it stimulates the secretion of gastric juice, facilitates digestion and assimilation of food, and has a carminative effect. It is recommended to add thyme to fatty foods as it can help reduce the feeling of heaviness after a meal. It is a useful addition to pork, lamb, duck, or goose. In cooking and baking, it is best to add thyme from the beginning to release all its aromas. It is also used in the production of liqueurs and syrups.
