COMPOSITION :

Calcium (elemental) (from StimuCal microcrystalline hydroxyapatite), magnesium (as magnesium oxide), vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate), potassium (as potassium citrate), collagen type II (from bovine cartilage), JarroSil Silicon (activated silicon stabilized silicic acid molecular group formula), zinc (L-OptiZinc) (as zinc sulfate L-methionine), boron (as boron citrate), manganese (as manganese citrate), copper (copper II gluconate), vitamin K2 (as natural menaquinone-7 Mk-7), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), cellulose, fatty acids (vegetable source), bovine collagen, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source), methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), silicon dioxide, food coating.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Take 2 tablets 3 times a day with meals to facilitate maximum absorption.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
